Why did I become a singer? Id say it was definetly due to my upbringing. I have been around music my whole life pretty much, not because my Mam and Dad were in bands but because they always loved music. I would used to sit in my bedroom and listen to my mams tunes while she would clean or get dressed which introduced me to bands like Drowning Pool, Misfits and My Chemical Romance. But then I got older, discovered main stream music and started to enjoy more pop and indie music, but also started branching out to listen to EDM and Drum and Bass. But I grew again and thats when Slipknot appeared on my Youtube. I loved them, they were my stepping stone back into metal, I started to enjoy Nu-Metal - Deftones, Korn, System of a down and Linkin Park. But i also discovered a metalcore band by the name of Bring Me The Horizon and Oli's vocals blew me away. I would wait until I had my house to myself and try to replicate what I heard. I defo blew my voice out a couple of times so i started to do research, watch tutorials and eventually id be able to do it without pain or waking up the next morning unable to speak. Id say my Top 5 bands are Bring Me The Horizon, Falling In Reverse, System of a Down, Disturbed and Marilyn Manson. As for songs I would say Throne - BMTH, Chemical Prisoner - FIR, The Beautiful People - Marilyn Manson, Breathe - The Prodigy and last but not least I would say Pray for Plagues - Also BMTH

I think my inspiration for playing guitar was actually my environment. Rock and metal was always passed down in my family especially growing up with my Mam who used to sing My Chemical Romance as a lullaby haha. As I got older, I spent alot of time with my brother who would play guitar religiously and get me to guess which songs he was playing and I really wanted to be able to do the same. I think it was Evanescence I heard when I was younger, and it was cool because I didnt really have a grasp on goth rock, I liked it because I found it cool and impressive. From then I grew up loving bands like Halestorm who was actually the first band I learned music for on guitar. I would say my top 5 bands are Halestorm, Sweet Spine, Paramore, Icon for Hire and Dio with my fav songs being Breed - Nirvana, Question -System of a Down, I caught myself - Paramore, Enough - Counterfeit and Mz Hyde - Halestorm.

I got into music because of the music my Dad used to listen to. I found that I would be listening and always find a way to catch the beat. Being able to keep beats and how much I enjoyed tapping my foot along is probably the reason I became a drummer. My favourite drummer I would defo say is Abe Cunningham from Deftones because I like his tone and his smooth playing. My favourite songs would be Digital Bath - Deftones, Walking away - Limp Bizkit and You think I ain't worth a dollar - Queens of the Stone Age.
