Welcome to Void Theory. We are a heavy metal band based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, including the purchase of merchandise and tickets. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts & Use
You may create a member account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. We reserve the right to terminate access for any unauthorised or unlawful activity.
2. Purchase of Merch & Tickets
All merchandise and event ticket transactions are processed in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store sensitive payment information.
3. Delivery & Refunds
Shipping times for physical goods are approximate. Full refund or replacement is provided for faulty merchandise. Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled.
4. IP & Acceptable Use
All music, logos, branding, and site content are the intellectual property of Void Theory. No unauthorised copying, distribution, or commercial reuse is permitted. Prohibited behaviour includes harassment of other users or attempts to breach site security.
